Why the mother planet "Earth" can not control weather 
on her own?
no...I mean that conrol by the all livings on this planet.

1)Yes, she does. because most of them , includeing 
   plants, animals, farmers...., the power of needing rain 
   is stronger than others, so it rains.
2)But how about tornado, hurricane, hail......all natural 
   disasters?
3)There is a fashion wording called "Global Warming", 
   how did it happened? For what?
